Looooved it here! The menu offers a modern twist on traditional Korean dishes and every dish was such a unique blend of flavors :)) Gambas (9/10): Shrimp was so good, drenched in like this oily garlic sauce, and it paired really well with the bread. If you like garlic I recommend Rose Seafood Tteokbokki (9.5/10): This dish was so good and creamy, the sauce was perfectly balanced and seafoody. Only piece of crticism is I wish there were more actual rice cakes in the dish. Still, this one was my fav Chicken Skewer (8.5/10): Super flavorful, well-seasoned, peppery, had a hint of lemon Gochujang Pork Belly Skewer (9/10): This one was a great contrast to the chicken skewer, sweet & spicy & tender. It was a bit oily but that's okay because it added to the rich flavor Bulgogi (9.5/10): I was kinda confused when this dish came out because it was not like the traditional bulgogi, but it was still soooo good. The meat was really tender and soft and melted in your mouth with every bite. It also perfectly paired with the salad, onions and mushrooms it came out with

Modern and hip Korean restaurant and cocktail bar. I am a big mango fan so I went with the Stick With You cocktail which had some coconut and mango flavors. It was delicious! To eat we followed the general Yelp recommendations and shared the pork shank and a smaller plate of the tokbokki. It was more than enough food for 3 people for sure! The pork shank was so tender and delicious. I can see why it is highly recommended! The sauces and lettuce wraps along with it really complemented the meal. I definitely recommend trying out this place.

Been wanting to check out Osamil and finally did. Dark lighting with all the gastropub vibes. Servings were on the bigger side and meant for sharing so just ordered two things 1. Seafood rose tteokbokki: damn creamy with lots of seafood. This was soooo good. Think Korean creamy pasta with the chewy rice cakes 2. Kimchi fried rice with the steak: this was also so good. Not usually a big fried rice gal but this was great. Steak was cooked to perfection Definitely check out Osamil! They also have a great cocktail selection. Would defo come back to try their other dishes especially the larger format meats.

amazing korean food with a modern twist! We have a party of 5 reservation and we're seated promptly. The service was excellent, waiter brought filled water carafes on time, and food came out quick. I expected my bulgogi to be thinly sliced beef, which is what most looked like, but they were patties instead. It tasted great with a refreshing green onion spicy salad. They also have several mocktail options.

Korean gastropub that is still family friendly! All the food was great quality and very delicious. Seafood Rose Tokbokki: very rich but tasty, proceed with caution Mushroom Japchae: an absolute favorite bomb, one of the more underrated dishes! Osamil Kimchi Fried Rice: we opted to add the hanger steak, which was done medium rare. I loved it! Pork Jowl: pretty basic, would probably skip Overall everything was excellent quality and standard k-town prices. I will say the space is a little cramped near the back, as we were sat right next to the kitchen so there was little room to move around, but we still received great service.

HIT THIS PLACE UP WHEN YOU ARE IN THE CITY! Here's why: 1. Great, creative cocktail menu! I had the spicy oi-rita and it was the best spicy cocktail I've ever had! 2. The food is soooo good! We ordered the scallop skewer, pork shank, and tokbokki. It was all flavorful and served quickly AND great ( a little too much! ) for a group of three! 3. The general vibe of the restaurant is beautiful with great service!

First time here? Make it easy... order the Kimchi! Just do it - order one for every two people in your party - I PROMISE - your whole party will be wowed! If you have the luxury of making a reservation ahead of time - do that too! This place fills up quickly and there's usually a line out the door when we pull up. If you have to wait - do it! This place is soooo worth it! Don't think you can just mosey on in and sit at the bar - the hostess has a wait list for that too! Perfect place for a date night or to bring a group of 5. Def not a place to bring young kids. Ambiance is fast and loud, you might not get the quickest service but the food - wow! So worth the wait!

Awesome late night gastropub in K-Town! My friend and I wanted some drinks and light eats after a performance in Bryant Park and so we decided to walk over to K-Town. Chanced upon this place which turned out to be a great find. Excellent cocktails and the food was also quite good.

Just tried Osamil for the first time last week, and I'm already planning my next visit! This place redefines your typical Korean dining with a twist that's both innovative and ridiculously tasty. We kicked off our meal with their Squid Fries and Oysters, both of which were a hit at our table. The Squid Fries were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The standout for me was definitely the kimchi fried rice and tteokbokki! We also tried the Pork Belly, which was so tender and flavorful, it practically melted in my mouth. Our waitress was super friendly and quick with the recommendations. Loved the vibe of the place too, with cozy cubby sections and a cool bar scene. Definitely my favorite place for comfort food!

Stopped by with a group of four on a Tuesday night. Since we arrived an hour before closing we were able to be seated right away. When we sat down, the kitchen was already closed so we just ordered some drinks. Two of my friends got their drinks right away but mine and my other friends' drink got forgotten and we didn't get them until we asked another waitress. I got the EACH DAY GETS BETTER Mocktail which was quite tasty but just a bit sweet. All in all, a nice location to meet up with others.
